Fahed Elkezza

Costumer care at ION Telecom and Technology

Fahed Elkezza has work experience in various roles and companies. Fahed started their career in 2013 as the Head of Abroad Training Department at LPRD, a position they held until 2014. In 2015, Fahed worked as a Customer Care representative at Ion Telecom and Technology. Fahed then joined ACTED in 2016, where they had multiple roles including Senior AME Officer and ACTED AME Officer Libya Focal Point. Fahed's responsibilities involved data collection, conducting interviews, and distributing cash to internally displaced persons. In 2017, Fahed became a Training Coordinator at Almadar Aljadid.

Fahed Elkezza obtained a Higher Diploma in Surveying Engineering from the High Institute for Engineering Benghazi from 2007 to 2009. Fahed also obtained a Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering (Surveyor) from the Ministry of High Education in Libya in September 2009.
