Hala Oheda's work experience started in 2020 when they worked as a Frontend Web Developer at Alwafa bank for a period of two months. In 2021, they joined ION Telecom and Technology as a Customer Service representative and later on was promoted to the role of Customer Service Supervisor in May 2022.

Hala Oheda's education history starts in 2016 and ends in 2020 at the "المعهد العالي للعلوم والتقنية/الشموخ" where they obtained a Higher Diploma in programming websites and systems. Apart from their diploma, they also have several additional certifications. In August 2019, they completed a course on graphic design at Karizma Technology. Additionally, in the same month, they obtained a certificate of completion from Udemy: Online Courses. In March 2014, they completed a course on General English at the Oxford English Academy Global. Moving to more recent certifications, in April 2021, they received a certification in "خدمات المشتركين ومبادئ التسويق" from ION Telecom and Technology. In October 2021, Hala obtained a mini MBA under the sponsorship of IE - International Excellence and certified by the exclusive agent for the Canadian Center in Canada (Nadia Qasr Libya Development Club for Human Development). Lastly, in December 2021, they completed a course on the fundamentals of digital marketing at Google Digital Garage. Their most recent certification is the Technical Support Fundamentals obtained from Google in March 2022.
