Sales Engineer at ION Telecom and Technology

Monjed Alarbi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2008, they started their career as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Nour Al-Houda company, where they worked until 2014. Monjed then moved on to Bemice Traveling and Tourism office, where they served as a System Administration Manager for 10 months in 2014. In 2016, Alarbi joined ION Telecom and Technology as a Technician, and later took on the role of VIA connect project lead Technician. In 2017, they became a Sales Account Manager at ION Telecom and Technology, and also co-founded Sara For Importing & Exporting Cars, where they held the position of Co-Founder and Sales Manager. In this role, they oversaw the sales operations and managed the team until 2022. Finally, in 2022, Alarbi joined ION Telecom and Technology as a Sales Engineer. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in sales, marketing, team management, and system administration.

Monjed Alarbi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, specializing in the Department of Information Systems, from the University of Benghazi. During their time at the university, they also completed a Graduation Project focused on Augmented Reality Technology. In 2014, they obtained a certification as an IATA Certified Training Professional (CTP) from Alsafwa Training Centre. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a certification in Account Management & Sales Force Design from Coursera.
