Scott Sphar is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital strategy, marketing insights, and operations. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Accounts at IONA, Scott previously held key positions, including Marketing Insight Lead and Global Media Lead at HMD Global, where responsibilities included managing consumer research and developing media strategies. At Luxid, Scott was a founding partner and held multiple roles, including Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director, leading global digital strategy and client services. Additional experience includes digital transformation consulting at Amadeus and leading digital operations at Dell EMC across the EMEA region. Scott holds a Master of Arts in General Linguistics from the University of Helsinki and is currently pursuing leadership studies at Stanford Continuing Studies.
