Robin Ashley Bailey

Robin Ashley Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they served as the Chief of Staff at Ionate, Inc. starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Founder of R.O. from June 2020 to May 2022.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Robin worked as a Credentialed Guest Teacher at the Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District from April 2019 to July 2020. They also held the position of Procurement Specialist at Borrego Solar Systems from October 2018 to February 2019.

In the renewable energy sector, Robin gained significant experience at both Tesla and SolarCity. At Tesla, they worked as an Integrated Materials Planner in the Supply Chain department from July 2015 to September 2017. Prior to that, at SolarCity, they held multiple roles including Project Coordinator from October 2013 to July 2015, Account Coordinator from June 2012 to October 2013, and Inside Energy Sales from February 2011 to June 2012.
