Julian Richards

Julian Richards has extensive experience in the semiconductor and manufacturing industries, currently serving as the Plant Manager at Ionbond IHI Group since September 2017. Prior to this role, Julian held various leadership positions, including Process Engineering Manager and Operations Director at Micross Components, and Senior Member of Technical Staff at GLOBAL FOUNDRIES, where responsibilities included business analysis and improving manufacturing technology. Other notable positions include Project Manager for the Sematech Manufacturing Program, VP of Operations & Engineering at Bridge Semiconductor Corp, Senior Project Manager at MAX I.E.G, Director of Manufacturing at Princeton Lightwave, and Director of High-Speed Assembly and Test Operations at Nortel Networks. Julian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Science & Technology from Brunel University London.
