Tero Lehtinen

Tero Lehtinen is an experienced IT executive currently serving as CIO at IONCOR since August 2025, previously holding the same title at Planmeca from August 2021 to August 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing ICT and security for the Planmeca Group. Prior to that, Tero was Group CIO at Fastems from April 2019 to August 2021, focusing on ICT services, security, and data privacy, while transforming the ICT organization into a service-oriented structure. Tero has also held significant roles at HKScan Corporation from June 2016 to April 2019, spearheading IT services as IT Director and later as Director of IT Business Services, contributing to business solutions and strategic IT alignment. Earlier experience includes a decade at Sandvik in various roles focused on process optimization and global ERP implementation, along with an initial position as System Designer at Saarioinen. Tero holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Jyväskylä.
