Catherine Fritz has a diverse professional background with experience in human resources, marketing, and customer service. Currently serving as an HR Clerk/Receptionist at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Catherine previously worked as a Talent & Culture Coordinator at Fairmont Grand Del Mar. Additional roles include Barista at Philz Coffee and Group Fitness Instructor for yoga at Wildcat Recreation Center, where Catherine focused on personal fitness and mental health. As Marketing Director for the Ski and Snowboard "Snow" Club at California State University, Chico, Catherine significantly increased membership and managed branding. Catherine has also worked as a Promotions/Radio Intern at KCSCRadio.com, a Sales Representative for Maaji Swimwear, and a Yoga Instructor at Elements Yoga Studio. With a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Psychology from California State University, Chico, along with experience in communication and media studies from the University of California Education Abroad Program in Florence, Italy, Catherine combines educational knowledge with practical skills across various sectors.
