Kristin Balogh

Kristin Balogh is an experienced professional in clinical operations with a comprehensive career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2013, Kristin has progressed through various roles at the company, including Director and Associate Director of Clinical Operations. Prior to this, Kristin was a Clinical Operations Consultant at KB Clinical Consulting, Inc. from January 2011 to September 2013, and held positions at Biogen-Idec as Senior Clinical Trial Manager, SGX Pharmaceuticals as Clinical Research Manager, and PPD in multiple roles including CRA I, CRA II, Senior CRA, Senior Research Specialist, and Clinical Trial Manager from June 1999 to January 2006. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
