Stanley T. Crooke, M.D., Ph.D.

Stanley Crooke is a prominent figure in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of the n-Lorem Foundation since January 2020. Additionally, Stanley holds the position of Executive Chairman at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where Stanley has been since 1989, also founding the company. Prior to these roles, Stanley held various leadership positions at SmithKline Beckman Corporation, including Vice President, and contributed significantly to Smith Kline and French Laboratories as President of Research & Development and in other capacities. Earlier in Stanley's career, significant contributions were made at Bristol Laboratories Ltd. as Vice President and Associate Director in Research and Development. Stanley also directed the Bristol-Baylor Molecular Pharmacology Laboratory at Baylor College of Medicine. Stanley Crooke's academic credentials include an MD and a PhD in Pharmacology from Baylor College of Medicine, as well as a BS in Pharmacy from Butler University.
