Xenia B. is an experienced professional in the field of people and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior People and Organizational Development Manager and Learning & Development Manager at IONOS since July 2021. Xenia has held various roles at IONOS, including Junior Learning & Development Manager and Project Lead for Global Onboarding. Prior to this, Xenia contributed as a Project Manager Research Consultant at KNAISCH CONSULTING GMBH and interned in roles focusing on collaboration tools and HR processes. Xenia holds a Master of Science in Work, Organization and Health Psychology from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution, with additional education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
