Dileep Devineni, CPA, CGA, CPA(California) has extensive experience in accounting, finance, and tax. Dileep began their career in 2007 as Accounting Manager/Controller at In Motion Technology, where they managed all aspects of financial reporting, HR, purchasing, inventory management, and IT. Dileep was responsible for maintaining the company's cap table, employee stock options, and corporate due-diligence binder for acquisition, investor review, and financing. Dileep also supervised and mentored a team of 4.

In 2013, Devineni became Manager of Accounting Services at Turner+Cleveland PC. In 2015, they moved to BDO Canada as a US Tax specialist. In 2016, they joined Deloitte Canada as a US Tax specialist, where they managed simple business tax return projects to complicated federal consolidated returns with 26 multi-state tax returns. Dileep also researched and advised on various topics, managed client files, and communicated with clients for information requests.

In 2017, Devineni started their own accounting firm, DevineniCPA, providing integrated solutions which include Bookkeeping, Controller, Technology, and US Tax. Dileep currently serves as Director of Finance at Ionomr Innovations Inc. since 2018.

Dileep Devineni obtained their Certified Public Accountant (California) certification from the California Board of Accountancy in June 2014. Dileep also obtained their Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia in September 2009. Dileep'seducational background includes a Masters Diploma in Software Engineering from APTECH, and a B.Comm from Osmania University, specializing in Accounting & Administration.
