Carl Henning

Carl Henning's work experience includes:

- Senior Manager, Quantum Control Software at IonQ since January 2022.

- Senior Engineering Manager at Collins Aerospace from August 2018 to January 2022. In this role, they managed a team of digital signal processing engineers and a team of Linux developers. Carl was responsible for estimation, cost, and schedule performance of large software developments.

- Senior Systems Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Rockwell Collins from March 2014 to August 2018. As a Senior Systems Engineer, they were a cost account manager and project engineer responsible for budget and schedule. Carl also managed the cost and schedule for continuous integration testing and integrated third-party operating systems. As a Senior Software Engineer, they designed and developed cryptographic software and hardware solutions, implemented cryptographic standards, and addressed vulnerabilities on embedded products.

- Software Engineer at Rockwell Collins from September 2010 to May 2013. In this role, they developed embedded security software, created MATLAB models for analysis, and performed software tests using Python.

- Teaching Assistant at the University of Iowa from August 2006 to May 2009.

Carl Henning completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Iowa in 2006. Carl went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the same university in 2010.
