Roscy Baptista

Roscy Baptista has extensive experience in finance and administration. From 2017 to the present, they have served as the Director of Finance & Administration at IOS Partners, Inc. In this role, they oversee the annual budgeting and financial planning process, monitors financial progress, and assists project managers with budget preparation. Prior to that, they worked at Louis Berger from 2005 to 2016, first as a Contract Services Administrator/Project Controller-Global Aviation/Latin America and later as a Contracts Specialist in the Ports and Airports Division. In these roles, they managed project accounting portfolios, handled financial reviews, revenue recognition, cost analysis, and other accounting duties.

Roscy Baptista holds an Associate Degree in International Trade from Carabobo University in Valencia, Venezuela, which they obtained in 1994. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Technological Studies, also in Valencia, Venezuela, in 1993.
