Paul Kelsall

Paul Kelsall is a seasoned professional in sports management, currently serving as Regional Development Manager at IOSH since September 2019. Kelsall's experience includes a role as Board Member for Blues Trust, Birmingham City FC Supporters Trust, focusing on fan unity from August 2021 to October 2023. Previously, Kelsall held the position of County Development Manager at Cheshire Football Association, where responsibilities included facility and investment management, football development, and coach education from March 2014 to September 2019, alongside contributions to the NGB Lead and Senior Leadership team. Additional roles include mentoring at The Football Association, and academic positions at Halesowen College and the University of Birmingham. Kelsall holds a degree in Executive Leadership - Sports Management from the Global Institute of Sport and a Diploma in Teaching & Learning from the University of Worcester.
