Executive Director, Sales and Marketing at IoT Africa Networks

Melanie Ayoola has a diverse work experience in various executive roles in sales, marketing, and communications. Melanie began their career in 2005 with Executrain Nigeria, where they worked as a Strategic Marketing professional. In 2008, they joined Fire Storm Productions Luton as a Set Coordinator and Actress. In 2010, they worked as a Project Manager at Tranter International Limited.

In 2012, Melanie joined LA MANGO RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE as the Director of Communications and later took on the role of Marketing Director and Quality Control Manager. Melanie then transitioned to Events Architects in 2014, working as a Business Development Executive.

Melanie's executive career continued at Tranter IT in 2017, where they served as the Executive Director of Sales & Marketing. Here, they played a key role in determining annual unit and gross-profit plans, driving revenue and profit targets, and aligning the brand image and strategy with organizational objectives.

In 2019, they joined IoT Africa Networks as the Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible for developing internal brand alignment strategies, preparing sales reports and annual sales & marketing plans, and creating effective sales programs to increase awareness and positive perception of the company.

Melanie's most recent position is as an Executive Director at Bullseye Digital Manpower, starting in 2023.

Melanie Ayoola completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the University of Bedfordshire, from 2006 to 2009. In 2017, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from Phillips Consulting Limited. More recently, in 2022 and 2023, Melanie attended Lagos Business School at Pan-Atlantic University to pursue an Executive MBA in the Senior Management Program.
