Jorge Leal

Jorge Leal is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO with a strong background in the agricultural technology industry. Jorge founded IoTag in 2018 and served as the CEO of the company. Jorge later founded Banco SB in 2021, where they also held the position of CEO. Prior to these ventures, Jorge founded and led Agres, a major Brazilian company in the precision agriculture market. During their time at Agres, they achieved significant success, including being awarded 4th place among fast-growing companies in Brazil by Exame PME Magazine in 2014. Jorge also made notable contributions to the agricultural industry, inventing the first Brazilian agricultural auto-steering system in 2008 and the first national autonomous tractor in 2017. Jorge Leal left Agres in 2017 after selling all their shares.

Jorge Leal obtained their education in the field of electronics engineering. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Universidade Tecnologica Federal do Paraná, where they pursued a field of study in electronics technician. Following this, Jorge continued their education at the same institution from 1998 to 2003, completing a degree in electronics engineering.
