Martine Ridderbos

Martine Ridderbos has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching. Martine is currently the Head of People & Culture at IOTICS. Prior to joining IOTICS, they were with Brambles for two years as the Global Talent Management (interim). In this role, they were responsible for advancing and strengthening the management and development of leadership talent globally, building solid talent pipelines, and acting as a strategic partner to global HR and management teams to help shape, drive and deliver the Global Talent Strategy across Brambles.

Before Brambles, Martine spent 5 years with MPH Coaching as an HR Consultant, Leadership Development Specialist, and Executive Coach. During their time there, they worked with clients in a variety of industries on HR-related projects such as talent strategy design and succession planning, as well as leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.

Prior to MPH Coaching, Martine spent 3 years as the HR Director for Business & Programme Management at Royal Bank of Scotland Business. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and supporting the business in all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition and employee relations to learning & development and diversity & inclusion.

Martine has a proven track record in driving organisational change and improving business performance through people. Martine is a strategic thinker with a strong focus on delivery, and is passionate about developing talent and creating high-performing teams.

Martine Ridderbos's educational career includes a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Amsterdam, a Postgraduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching from the University of Chester, and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching. Martine also has certifications from Korn Ferry Hay Group in Voices360, International Coach Federation in Associate Certified Coach, Korn Ferry Hay Group in Leadership Architect 101, Korn Ferry Hay Group in Leadership Styles & Organisational Climate, Chester University in Postgraduate Certificate, and Korn Ferry in ViaEdge Learning Agility.

They are on a team with Phil Wilkinson - Head, Product & Engineering, John Hicklin - Partnership Development Director. Martine Ridderbos reports to Ian Orrock, Co-Founder & Eexecutive Chairman. and Ali Nicholl - Communication & Engagement reports to Martine Ridderbos.
