Alyssa Sy

Alyssa Sy has held various human resources positions at different companies, such as Pharmacyclics, Corvus Pharmaceuticals, and currently at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. In their roles, Alyssa has managed all aspects of human resources, developed company-wide programs, provided coaching to executive members, built effective relationships with employees and executives, and implemented recruiting and onboarding processes. Alyssa has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
