Kristen Motto

Kristen Motto has a robust background in human resources and outreach, currently serving as Campus Outreach Coordinator at Iovino Enterprises, LLC since May 2022. Previously, Kristen held various roles at Hofstra University, including Human Resources Assistant and Intern, and worked as a Peer Mentor. Kristen also showcased leadership skills as a Team Leader for X-Culture, collaborating internationally to develop a business proposal. At Tropicana Brands Group, Kristen worked as an Administrative Assistant, effectively managing financial documentation and transactions. Further, as Lead Volunteer for The Anchor Program Fund, Inc., Kristen led activities for individuals with special needs and coordinated fundraising efforts. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Hofstra University.
