Matthias Rosenthal

Matthias Rosenthal is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various industries, including technology, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at IOV Labs since July 2020, Rosenthal plays a vital role in supporting the Rootstock blockchain and enhancing the efficiency of transactions. Previously, Rosenthal held significant financial leadership positions at OSRAM, where responsibilities included CFO for Latin America and Brazil & Argentina, successfully establishing compliant business entities post-spin-off. Additional roles encompass finance management at Siemens and Bunge Alimentos, along with treasury oversight for Latin America at sanofi-aventis. Rosenthal's foundational experience began at Hochtief in finance management across multiple countries. Academically, Rosenthal holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Political Sciences from the University of Cologne, complemented by previous studies at Heidelberg University and Goetheschule Buenos Aires.
