John Harrell

John Harrell is currently the Director of User Experience at iovox. Prior to this, John held various senior positions in user interface development at companies such as Cost Plus World Market, MarketLive, Inc., Selectica, Inc., Determine Software, Microsoft bCentral, and LinkExchange. With a background in journalism, broadcasting, and Russian studies, John has extensive experience in creating customer-centric solutions and improving user experience across a variety of industries. Additionally, John served as a Sergeant in the US Army Reserves from 1986 to 1992.
