Kristina Reiter

Kristina Reiter, CRCM CBAP, serves as a Compliance Review Analyst II at Iowa Bankers since February 2018. Prior to this role, Kristina was the Vice President and Enterprise Risk Manager at First Trust & Savings Bank of Albany, IL, where leadership was pivotal in restoring compliance following a 2016 FDIC Consent Order. Kristina also held the position of Vice President and Compliance Officer II at Heartland Financial USA, Inc., a multi-billion dollar holding company, from May 2010 to July 2016. Kristina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Dubuque and attended Northeast Iowa Community College.
