Kevin Beichley

Kevin Beichley is an experienced professional in procurement, finance, and risk management. Currently serving as the Procurement and Distribution Director for the Iowa Department of Transportation since September 2017, Kevin also manages Driver and Identification Service Programs, overseeing CDL, Driver Fitness, and Driver's Education initiatives in Iowa. Previously, Kevin held several significant roles in the State of Iowa's Executive Branch, including Risk and Benefits Bureau Chief, where management of a 17-member team encompassed employee benefits administration, and Manager/CFO of the DAS Statewide Procurement Enterprise, overseeing procurement for 41 state agencies. Kevin's earlier experience includes financial analysis at IBM and sales at Larson Enterprises, as well as an internship at Nationwide Insurance. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Iowa State University.
