Matthew Donovan

Matthew Donovan serves as the Research & Development Manager and Consultant at Donovan & Donovan Consultants since January 2010, specializing in international trade and development. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Chief Archaeologist and Project Manager at the Iowa Department of Transportation. Matthew holds a Master of Arts degree from Iowa State University.
