Stacy Cunningham

Stacy Cunningham has extensive experience in the finance and housing industry, currently serving as the LIHTC Operations Manager at Iowa Finance Authority. With a background in quality control coordination and housing compliance, Stacy previously worked as a Workforce Advisor at Iowa Workforce Development. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Central College and has completed the Certified Public Manager Program in Public Administration at Drake University.
