Caitlin Cervenka

Caitlin Cervenka is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Iowa Judicial Branch since June 2023. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law from August 2021 to October 2023, and Staff Attorney at The CAASE from September 2020 to October 2022. Caitlin has also worked as an Associate Attorney at Willenson Law, LLC and a Staff Attorney at LAF. Early legal experience includes positions as a Student Law Clerk for Hon. Mary L. Mikva at the Illinois Appellate Court and various internships and clerkships, including roles focused on immigrant rights and community legal education.
