Julie Williams

Julie Williams has extensive experience in various positions at Iowa Lakes Community College since January 1984, including Executive Dean of Students, Dean of Enrollment Management, TRiO Programs Director, and Program Evaluator for the Even Start Program. Julie also served as Director of Upward Bound and Educational Talent Search, Assistant Director of Upward Bound, and Upward Bound Advisor. Additionally, Julie worked as the Director at Iowa Conservation Corps from January 1985 to January 1988. Julie holds a Master's in Higher Education and Educational Administration from the University of Iowa, and a BS in Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Julie attended the University of Iowa and Spencer Community Schools for their education as well.
