Josh Kelly

Josh Kelly has extensive experience in telecommunications and electronics, having served as an Advanced Transmitter Engineer at Iowa PBS since December 1998. In this role, Josh has managed the operation, diagnosis, and repair of high-power and low-power transmitters and associated equipment, implementing cost-saving measures that saved over $100,000 in the first year. As the owner of Indee Tech Solutions, LLC, from January 2012 to March 2023, Josh provided computer consulting services, including hardware sales and website maintenance. Additional experience includes volunteer work as a Special Projects Assistant for Buchanan County Emergency Management, where Josh contributed to emergency communications and grant writing, as well as previous positions focusing on wireless telecommunications and electronic repair. Josh holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Telecommunications from Iowa Central Community College, alongside a high school diploma from Spirit Lake High School.
