Aaron Todd, MHCDS, MPP, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Iowa Primary Care Association, leading three organizations that collectively impact nearly 250,000 patients annually through innovative healthcare solutions and strategic initiatives. With experience as a Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Director at the same organization, Aaron has directed essential business lines, cultivated partnerships, and managed multimillion-dollar budgets. Previous roles include extensive policy advisory positions within the Iowa Legislature, focusing on health and human services, and leadership in disaster recovery and community planning initiatives. Aaron holds a Master's in Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College and a Master's in Public Policy from Rutgers University, complementing a Bachelor's in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University.

The Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) has provided technical assistance and training to Iowa’s community health centers to support their ongoing commitment to provide quality, affordable primary and preventive health care to meet community needs since 1988. The Iowa PCA is a non-profit membership association comprised of 13 community health centers and one migrant health program and is recognized as the trusted voice on healthcare, particularly concerning vulnerable populations. By using data analytics and population health management, health centers are coordinating resources and analyzing data to build stronger partnerships payors and other organizations to help eliminate fragmented care. This statewide network of health centers is demonstrating how primary care clinics can improve patient outcomes while reducing costs.
