Nicole Hudson is an experienced consultant currently working with the Iowa Primary Care Association since August 2021, where responsibilities include providing technical training and facilitating member relationships to enhance Iowa’s healthcare workforce. Additional experience includes managing real estate assets as an Area Manager at Trinity Property Consultants and serving as General Manager at Aspen Heights Partners, where team building and leadership were key contributions. Nicole's earlier career includes roles in leasing and marketing management, achieving significant occupancy milestones and establishing strong vendor relationships. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Iowa State University.

The Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA) has provided technical assistance and training to Iowa’s community health centers to support their ongoing commitment to provide quality, affordable primary and preventive health care to meet community needs since 1988. The Iowa PCA is a non-profit membership association comprised of 13 community health centers and one migrant health program and is recognized as the trusted voice on healthcare, particularly concerning vulnerable populations.
