Charles Mooney

Charles Mooney has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Charles started their career in the US Navy as the Director of Emergency Medicine at Naval Hospital Roosevelt Road from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they joined Baptist Health Care and served as the Director of Urgent Care from 1990 to 1994. Charles then took on the role of Medical Director for the Workers Compensation Network at the same organization from 1994 to 2000. Most recently, they have been working at Iowa Specialty Hospital as the Director of Occupational Medicine since August 2018.

Charles Mooney completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Indiana University, School of Medicine in Bloomington, IN, from 1979 to 1983. Charles then went on to pursue a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI, from 2000 to 2002.
