Dawn Rankin

Dawn Rankin began their work experience in 1989 as an Analyst at Equitable Investment Services. Dawn then worked as a Financial Reporting Specialist at Employers Mutual Limited Insurance Co. from 1991 to 1996. Following that, they worked as a Controller at Forman Ford Glass from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2010, they served as an Assistant Controller & External Reporting at Iowa Telecom. Dawn then joined Aviva USA in 2010 as a Manager, Accounting Operations until 2012. Dawn then worked at Marion County Bank as a Senior Vice President & Controller from 2012 to 2023. Currently, they are working as the Vice President & Controller at Iowa State Bank.

Dawn Rankin attended Simpson College from 1982 to 1986 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. In addition to their academic degree, they obtained a certification as a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer from the Independent Community Bankers of America in February 2013.
