Ryan Bomer

Ryan Bomer has a work experience that spans over 20 years at Iowa State Bank, where they started as a Loan Technician/Commercial Loan Associate in 2001 and has worked their way up to the position of Senior Vice President Business Development. During their time at the bank, they gained vast knowledge in various areas of lending and experience with all deposit account products. Additionally, Ryan has served as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Altoona Baseball League from 2018 to 2021, a Board Member for the Historic East Village Neighborhood Association from 2015 to 2020, and a Board Member and Past President for the East Des Moines Chamber of Commerce from 2007 to 2012.

Ryan Bomer's education history begins with their high school education at Southeast Polk High School, which they attended from 1994 to 1997. After completing high school, they went on to earn their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Grand View University between 1997 and 2001. Later on, in 2016 to 2018, Ryan attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where they earned a GSB Diploma and Certificate of Executive Leadership from the Wisconsin School of Business. Ryan Bomer also obtained additional certifications, including a Credit Life and Disability Insurance License from the National Insurance Producer Registry in January 2003, and an NMLS Federal Registry certification from NMLS in June 2011.
