Baahini Sivakumar has extensive experience in intellectual property law and customer insights, currently serving as the Acting Director of Customer Insights and Improvement at IP Australia since 2007. In this role, Baahini leads the centralized Customer Insights capability, focusing on managing customer satisfaction surveys and feedback channels. Previously, Baahini held several key positions including Acting Director for the ASEAN Trade Mark Quality Program, where responsibility included improving trademark quality processes, and directing the Regional Patent Examination Training Programs to enhance the skills of patent examiners across ASEAN member countries. Baahini's educational background includes a Master of Law in Intellectual Property from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Biotechnology with Honours from The Australian National University.
