Bill Janovitz

Bill Janovitz is an accomplished musician, author, and real estate professional with extensive experience in multiple fields. As Vice President at Compass since June 2019, Bill focuses on real estate marketing and buyer agent consultation. Bill's writing career includes authored works such as "Leon Russell: The Master of Space and Time’s Journey Through Rock & Roll History" and "ROCKS OFF: 50 Tracks That Tell the Story of the Rolling Stones." As a co-founder, singer-guitarist, and songwriter for Buffalo Tom since 1986, Bill has maintained a strong presence in the music industry. Additionally, Bill has worked as a freelance musician and composer, creating music for various media, including theme songs for "This Old House" and the Boston Red Sox Radio Network broadcasts. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
