Phil Kelly

Phil Kelly, MBA, CPA has over 26 years of professional experience. Phil is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at IP Corporation since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Doran Companies from February 2021 to November 2021. From 2020 to 2021, Phil held the position of Senior Director FP&A and Procurement at ECMC Group.

Phil's extensive experience also includes working at Lifetouch, where they held various roles including Vice President Finance from June 2014 to September 2019, Director of Finance/Controller from June 2010 to June 2014, Director of Finance from June 2008 to June 2010, Assistant Corporate Controller from December 2006 to June 2008, and Assistant Controller from May 2004 to December 2006.

Prior to joining Lifetouch, Phil worked as the Controller at Welsh Companies from September 2001 to May 2004 and as the Manager of Planning and Analysis at Best Buy from May 2000 to September 2001. Phil started their career as a Senior Auditor at Boulay from January 1995 to May 2000.

Phil Kelly, MBA, CPA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Phil then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business between 2004 and 2008.
