Antonin Kral

VP of Engineering at IP Fabric

Antonin Kral has worked in various engineering and leadership roles in the technology industry since 2004. In 2021, they began working as the VP of Engineering at IP Fabric. In 2019, they founded nibbler.AI, where they served in various positions on different projects. From 2015 to 2021, they were the Founder and Advisor of Recombee, a content recommendation engine, and the Founder and CTO of Showmax. From 2013 to 2015, they were the CTO of icflix. From 2007 to 2013, they were the CEO of nangu.TV and Alnair a.s. (AlefNULA Group). From 2005 to 2007, they were a researcher and affiliate at Brookhaven National Laboratory. From 2004 to 2005, they were a researcher, systems designer, and PhD student at CERN, as well as the CTO and Technical Director of ITonis Inc. and a board member of the Ministry of Informatics in the Czech Republic.

Antonin Kral obtained a MSc in Computer Science and Networks from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague between 1997 and 2003. Antonin then pursued a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Mathematical Engineering at the same university from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended SPŠE Olomouc between 1993 and 1997. In 2014, they were certified as a Widevine Implementation Partner by Widevine Technologies.
