Petra Keilova

Petra Keilova has over 10 years of experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment field. Petra began their career in 2011 as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Department at the University of Central Arkansas. In 2013, they moved to NATIONWIDE ADVANCE CORPORATION LIMITED as a Recruiting Coordinator. In 2014, Petra joined SearchPointNY as a Recruiting Associate. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Antal Czech Republic as a Consultant, Deloitte as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Overt Foundation as a Recruitment Partner. Currently, Petra works at Wiss as a Talent Acquisition Manager and IP Fabric as a Talent Partner US.

Petra Keilova completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010. Petra then went on to complete a Master of Science (M.S.) in CED from the same university in 2013. In 2018, they obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University.
