Kaushal Chintawar has worked in the software engineering industry since 2017. kaushal began their career at HCL Technologies as a Software Engineer, then later moved into a Lead Engineer role. In 2021, they joined IP Infusion as a Senior Software Engineer.

Kaushal Chintawar obtained their Engineer's degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Narayana Junior College in India from 2009 to 2011 and Bhashyam College of Education from 2008 to 2009. In 2019, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco.
