Mahad Shaikh

Mahad Shaikh is an experienced operations and maintenance professional currently serving as the Operations and Maintenance Manager at IP Innovative Power GmbH since September 2025. Previously, Mahad held the role of Senior Business & Distribution Coordinator at Enpal from April 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leadership, performance optimization, and stakeholder management. Prior to Enpal, Mahad worked as an Operations Manager at ARIVE, focusing on logistics planning and ERP system implementation. Starting the career as a Lab Engineering Technologist at The University of Lahore, Mahad has garnered extensive experience in operations, logistics, quality assurance, and engineering across various sectors. Mahad's educational background includes a Master's degree in Process Energy & Environmental Systems Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Lahore. Additional training in leadership was completed at TAM Akademie GmbH in 2025.
