The Company's main shareholders are Inmobiliaria e Inversiones San Juan de Luz Ltda, Inversiones Suprema SA and Nelly Pinto Fernandez SA which as of December 31, 2010, held a 33.85%, 22.05% and 11.71% interests, respectively.
