Pooja Sikund

Pooja Sikund currently serves as a Specialist in Strategy & Development and previously held roles as Specialist in Policy & Research and Senior Coordinator in Policy & Research at Ipas Development Foundation since October 2021. Prior experience includes positions at the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change, where Pooja was Senior Programme Manager, Deputy Programme Manager, and Programme Analyst, along with a role as Programme Assistant in early 2018. Pooja's career began with a short-term position as Vice-Team Leader for the Stanford REAP Study at Stanford University in late 2017, followed by an internship at the International Planned Parenthood Federation in mid-2016, and roles at Hindustan Times as Assistant Manager and Direct Management Trainee between 2015 and 2016. Pooja holds a Master’s Degree in Global Health and Development from UCL, a Post Graduate Diploma in Liberal Studies and Leadership from Ashoka University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Miranda House. High school education was completed at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram and Welham Girls' School.
