Currently serving as the Director of Member & Client Relations at IPB Insurance since September 2011, Graham oversees key areas including Client Enterprise Risk Management and PCF 17. Prior roles include Commercial Underwriting Manager and Senior Property Underwriter, emphasizing portfolio management and operational efficiency across various insurance sectors. Before joining IPB Insurance, Graham worked at RSA for a decade as a Senior Commercial Underwriter, in addition to chairing the RSA Sports & Social Committee. Graham holds multiple diplomas and degrees from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, including a Master's in Business, and has achieved professional qualifications through the Chartered Insurance Institute.
