Tanya Vena has extensive experience in sales operations, customer service, and public relations. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Specialist at IPC since October 2018, responsibilities include creating quotes, sales orders, and invoices in NetSuite, processing payments, supporting international and domestic phone calls, training new customer service representatives, and assisting various internal departments. Prior experience includes serving as a Front Desk Associate at Foss Swim School, where responsibilities involved managing client interactions and handling accounting tasks, as well as roles at Fishman Public Relations and S&S Public Relations, where Tanya managed teams, developed public relations strategies, and secured media placements for clients. Tanya holds a Bachelor's Degree with a dual major in Communication and English from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
