Leila al Dzheref

Leila Al Dzheref is a Membership Engagement Coordinator for Asia at the International Paralympic Committee since April 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing 45 members and maintaining communication with local Paralympic movement representatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Women's Football Assistant Coach at New York University Abu Dhabi, where Leila managed team administration and facilitated training sessions. Additionally, Leila worked as a PA & Office Analyst at Etihad Arena, handling internal communication and administrative tasks. A background in sports community building was gained as a HERsports student assistant at New York University Abu Dhabi, and Leila has held roles focused on project execution, mentorship, translation, and content creation across various organizations. Leila holds a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Creative Writing from New York University Abu Dhabi, completed in 2022.
