Kylie Maher

Kylie Maher possesses extensive experience in risk management and governance, currently serving as a member of the Council and the Audit & Risk Management Committee at RMIT University, and as the National Head of Risk, Assurance and Privacy at the Heart Foundation. Since 2018, Kylie has been the Director at Protect Risk Consulting, focusing on risk, policy, and assurance support across various sectors, including education and health. Additionally, Kylie holds several non-executive director positions, including Chair of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee at IPC Health, and is actively involved in various audit and risk committees across multiple organizations. Academically, Kylie holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT University, is a Certified Practicing Accountant from CPA Australia, and has a Graduate AICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
