Sanela Osmic Gaicd

Sanela Osmic GAICD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, consultancy, and community service. Currently serving as the Board Governance Manager at icare NSW, Sanela is also a Freelance Project Consultant for NFP Success and a Founding Director of the Australian Bosnian and Herzegovinian Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Sanela holds the position of Non-Executive Director at IPC Health and serves as the CEO and Managing Director of Ethical Governance Pty Ltd. Previous roles include Committee Member at the Brimbank and Maribyrnong Interfaith Network and Project/Operations Manager at annecto - the people network.
