Matt Muccino

Matt Muccino has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Matt has worked at IPC Systems, Inc. twice, first as a Training Specialist from March 2018 to March 2019, and later as a Manager, Director of Training and Development, and Senior Director of Expert Operations from March 2019 to the present. Before that, they worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at Goldfinch Consulting from June 2016 to February 2018. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager at Data Quadrant from April 2014 to June 2016. Matt also served as an Operations Product Manager at IPC Systems, Inc. from December 2011 to August 2013. Matt worked as an Area Training Manager at RTS, a Flextronics company, from May 2004 to August 2011, and as a Region Trainer at Solectron Global Services from February 2000 to May 2004. Matt's early career includes roles as a Service Manager at Americom from August 1995 to February 2000, and as an Installer/Installation Supervisor at Bell Atlantic Mobile from December 1993 to August 1995.

Matt Muccino obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College in 2012. In 2010, they received an Online Certificate in Project Leadership from Cornell University. The following year, in 2009, they obtained another Online Certificate in Leading Management Teams from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Prior to that, in 1992, they earned a Diploma in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from New England Technical Institute. Matt also attended University of Connecticut from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences. Matt has additional certifications in NICE Trading Recording Fundamentals R6.5 from NICE Ltd, Certified Professional in Learning and Development from the American Society of Training and Development, and Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
