Mike Smith has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in the telecommunications and financial services industries. Mike began their career at BT in 2002, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager and later as a Senior Service Customer Relationship Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated success in managing projects and providing exceptional service support to existing customers. In 2007, they were promoted to Head of Service Customer Relationship Management, where they led a team and sustained $93 million in annual revenue. In 2011, Mike joined IPC Systems, Inc. as a Director of Customer Service, where they oversaw the North American regional and global Customer Relationship Management team. Mike also spearheaded a new sales strategy for Financial Markets Network businesses. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Director of Global Customer Service, where they managed a global customer account management team and implemented a productive and efficient customer service strategy. In 2017, Mike became the Director of Global Exchange Relations Management, where they focused on business development and creating globally focused product offerings. In 2022, Mike's role shifted to Director of Network Services Sales, where they are responsible for leading all aspects of sales and partnership development.

Mike Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Stony Brook University.
